LoRa Wireless PM2.5 Sensor BY-PM78 Series
Product description
BY-PM78-LI-A is a medium and long-distance wireless transmitter that uses a laser dust sensor and transmits wirelessly through LORA spread spectrum communication. It provides users with a variety of wireless data collection models and a variety of receiver options for rapid implementation. Wiring-free sensor network solution, mainly used for ambient air quality assessment.
Core features
- Compared with WIFI, LoRa wireless has lower power consumption and better wall-to-wall transmission performance
- Compared with 2G/4G/NB, LoRa wireless consumes less power and does not require a SIM card
- Parameters such as group number, number, channel, upload cycle, etc. are customizable*
- Equipped with a variety of receivers, open API interface, and supports secondary development
- Wireless transmission simplifies wiring and speeds up construction progress
Sensing Principle
When the particles in the sampled gas pass through the beam converged by a light source (laser), etc., light scattering occurs. The scattered light is converted into an electrical signal (pulse) through the photoelectric converter. The larger the particle, the larger the pulse signal (wave peak value). The number of each particle size can be obtained through the wave peak value and the number of pulses at this time. concentration. That is, by testing the quantity and intensity of scattered light, real-time test data is obtained.
Battery Life
- The wireless transmission cycle is directly related to the battery life. It is recommended that the sampling rate is reasonable. When the ambient temperature is less than -20°C or greater than 40°C, the battery life will also be reduced. If the wireless transmission distance is very close, the transmit power can also be set to a smaller level, so that the battery life is longer.
