LoRa Wireless Formaldehyde Sensor BY-FM59/78 Series
Product description
BY-FM59/78 Series is a mid-to-long-distance wireless transmitter that uses electrochemical principles as a formaldehyde sensor and transmits wirelessly through 433Mhz radio frequency technology. It provides users with a variety of wireless data collection models and a variety of receiver options for rapid implementation. Wireless sensor network solutions are mainly used for air quality assessment of building environments such as air conditioners and fresh air systems.
Core features
- Compared with WIFI, LoRa wireless has lower power consumption and better wall-to-wall transmission performance
- Compared with 2G/4G/NB, LoRa wireless consumes less power and does not require a SIM card
- Parameters such as group number, number, channel, upload cycle, etc. are customizable*
- Equipped with a variety of receivers, open API interface, and supports secondary development
Sensing Principle
Formaldehyde gas passes through the sensor. Under the catalysis of the electrolyte, the formaldehyde molecules undergo an oxidation-reduction reaction on the electrode to form electron transfer. Under the action of external voltage, a current proportional to the formaldehyde concentration is formed. The equivalent value is obtained through the signal amplification circuit and passed through Mathematical algorithms and scientific multi-point calibration.
Battery Life
- The wireless transmission cycle is directly related to the battery life. It is recommended that the sampling rate is reasonable. When the ambient temperature is less than -20°C or greater than 40°C, the battery life will also be reduced. If the wireless transmission distance is very close, the transmit power can also be set to a smaller level, so that the battery life is longer.
